The YKSA Request for Proposal for the field maintenance of Fritz and Parker opens on 08 April and closes on 22 April 2025.
Field maintenance is planned to start the first week of May - weather permitting.
All teams must be paid in full by 31 May 2025 at 1159pm to secure a spot for the 2025 season or risk being removed from the league and the schedule.

The first games of the 2025 season will take place on May 25 - weather and field conditions permitting.
Proposal submission funding requests for teams travelling to SPN Nationals is due before 11:59 on 01 June 2025.
Between the dates of 02 June 2025 - 15 July 2025, will be a first come first serve basis.
With your proposal please include a letter of intent and team roster. Email proposal to ykslopitch@hotmail.com. Please clearly identify the subject of the email.
The infamous Suds Cup Tournament is set to take place June 27 through to June 29 2025.
Umpire Certification Reimbursement Process:
To receive reimbursement from NWT Softball for taking the Umpire Certification test, league members must complete the SPN umpire certification course for the 2025 season before July 31, 2025.
Reimbursement requests can be emailed to nwtsoftball@gmail.com. Please clearly identify the subject of the email.
Umpire Gear Reimbursement Process:
To receive reimbursement from YKSPA for purchasing umpire gear for the 2025 season, league members must submit there requests no later than July 31, 2025 1159pm.

YKSA has requested to host the Co-Ed Territorial Championship tournament the weekend of August 08-11 2025. Winning teams in each division will qualify to attend 1 of 4 National Championship events in 2026.
The last games of the regular league will take place on August 17, 2025.
Rosters will be locked in, with no further changes permitted as of 11:59 PM on August 20, 2025 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
League playoff games will be scheduled between August 25 and September 12, 2025 (if the WHAT IF games are needed)
The Year-End Wrap Up Party will require a party committee. Please submit requests by email to the board with your interest.
**If no one steps up, there will be no party**
The budget for the Party and oversight will be provided by the Board.
